Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will not be separate discussion of these
items. Approval of the Consent Agenda authorizes the Mayor/City Manager to execute all
matters necessary to implement each item. Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda
for separate discussion and consideration by any member of the City Council.

W. Jefferson Street East of Baylor Medical Center (ZA2005-20)
- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-26: Request by
Joe Grubbs, Ellis County Child Advocacy Center, for a Specific Use
Permit (SUP) within Single Family-2 (SF-2) zoning district for the
construction of an Ellis County Child Advocacy Center on a one (1) acre
tract on Lot 1, Block 255, Town Addition, located at the Northwest

- Consider proposed Ordinance approving Zoning Amendment Request No.

- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-27: Request by S.B. Williams, Jr., to change the zoning on Lots 3 and 4, Block 42A,
Town Addition from Single Family-2 (SF-2) to Single Family-3 (SF-3), and
part of Lot 5, Block 42A, Town Addition from Commercial (C) to Single
Family-3 (SF-3), to replat for individual ownership for five (5)
