  6. Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-29: Request by Navarro College District, to change the zoning on part of Lot 1, Block A, Spirolite Addition from Heavy Industrial (HI) Zoning District to Light Industrial-1 (LI-1) Zoning District for a parking lot for Navarro College, located on John Arden Drive, North of Navarro College at 1900 John Arden Drive.
