A regular meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Waxahachie, Texas to be held in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St. on Monday, August 1, 2005 at 7:00 pm.

Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion and consideration by any member of the City Council.

Bellow, E.H., Belcher and J.C. Read Surveys from Single family-1 (SF-1) and Future Development (FD) to a Planned Development mixed use community to include Single Family-1 (SF-1), Single Family-2 (SF-2), and Single Family-3 (SF-3), Multi-Family (MF) and General Retail (GR) in accordance with a proposed Planned Development Ordinance and Use Schedule on land located generally between FM 875 and Brookside Road (known as the Kemp Tract).   8. Consider Final Plat of Lot 7, Block 1, Waxahachie Towne Center North Addition, being 8.6360 acres in the Robert Russell Survey, located on N. Hwy. 77 North of the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 77 and 287 Bypass – Applicant: Lawrence A. Cates & Associates (FP2005-41)
  9. Consider Preliminary Plat for Grove Creek Farms being 56.60 acres in the Albert S. Pruett Survey, located East of U.S. Hwy. 77 and North of Grove Creek Road – Applicant: Bill Thomas, Engineering Concepts and Design (PLM2005-40)
  10. Distribution of the proposed budget, general discussion about the budget adoption process, and schedule a City Council budget workshop
