for separate discussion and consideration by any member of the City Council.

- Consider proposed Ordinance approving Zoning Amendment Request No.
2005-32: A request by Kenneth Hutto to change the zoning on 1,927.200
acres and 117.529 acres proposed to be annexed located in the J. Barker,
E. Bellow, E.H., Belcher and J.C. Read Surveys from Single family-1
(SF-1) and Future Development (FD) to a Planned Development mixed use
community to include Single Family-1 (SF-1), Single Family-2 (SF-2), and
Single Family-3 (SF-3), Multi-Family (MF) and General Retail (GR) in
accordance with a proposed Planned Development Ordinance and Use
Schedule on land located generally between FM 875 and Brookside Road
(known as the Kemp Tract). Detailed information can be reviewed in the

- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-42: Request by
City of Waxahachie to establish Historic Overlay District within Central
Area (CA) and Commercial (C) Zoning Districts. Historic Overlay District
will require property owners in the Downtown Area to have new
construction and exterior restoration plans reviewed and approved by
Heritage Preservation Commission. The use will remain the same. Details

- Discussion on Development Contracts on land near Airport that has
been proposed for annexation
