held in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St. on Monday,
September 19, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.

matters necessary to implement each item. Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda
for separate discussion and consideration by any member of the City Council.

- Public Hearing on annexation of a 1000’ wide tract extending to the
Northeast from the recently annexed 552.120 acre tract located North and
East of Park School House Road and 287 Bypass. This annexation extends 2
miles in distance and will create a shared ETJ line with the City of
Ennis. The total acreage of this annexation is 280.036 acres.

building located on W. Jefferson, East of Baylor Medical Center, being 3.9

- Consider Site Plan within Planned Development-82-Office (PD-82-O) for a

- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-43: Request by Texas
