A regular meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Waxahachie, Texas to be held in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St. on Monday, September 19, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.

  5. Public Hearing on annexation of a 1000’ wide tract extending to the Northeast from the recently annexed 552.120 acre tract located North and East of Park School House Road and 287 Bypass. This annexation extends 2 miles in distance and will create a shared ETJ line with the City of Ennis. The total acreage of this annexation is 280.036 acres.
