for separate discussion and consideration by any member of the City Council.

- Hear presentation regarding concept for the downtown Waxahachie
Handicap Access and Street Project
- Second Public Hearing on annexation of a 1000’ wide tract extending
to the Northeast from the recently annexed 552.120 acre tract located
North and East of Park School House Road and 287 Bypass. This annexation
extends 2 miles in distance and will create a shared ETJ line with the
City of Ennis. The total acreage of this annexation is 280.036 acres
- Receive semi-annual report on the Impact Fee Program from the Impact
Fee Advisory Committee
- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-45: Request by
Landmark Equipment to change the zoning on 2.95 acres in the E. Bellow
Survey from Light Industrial-1 (LI-1) to Planned Development-Light
Industrial-1 (PD-LI-1) to allow for additional signage for Landmark
Equipment at 2200 W. Hwy. 287 Business. (ZA2005-45)
- Consider proposed Ordinance approving Zoning Amendment Request No.
2005-45
- Consider Replat of Lots 3 and 4 and part of Lot 5, Block 42A, Town
Addition (Final Plat of Lots 3A, 4A, 5A, 5B, and 5C, Block 42A, Town
Addition) located at 107 and 113 Kaufman – Owner: S.B. Williams, Jr.

- Consider Preliminary Plat of Homeplace Estates, being 47.605 acres
out of the B.B. Davis and S. Ramsey Surveys, located on the South side
of Broadhead Road, West of Mustang Creek – Applicant: Tommy Cansler

- Consider request of Lance F. Wyatt for a representative of the
Waxahachie Police Association to appear to discuss the management survey
regarding the Waxahachie Police Department
- Consider Resolution submitting names for the Board of Directors for
Ellis Central Appraisal District for 2006-2007
- Consider and take action on Resolution disapproving requests for
development agreements in lieu of annexation in areas proposed for
annexation in Northwest quadrant of City
