A special meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Waxahachie, Texas to be held in the Council Conference Room at City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St. on Monday, October 10, 2005 at 11:30 am.

2. b. For Personnel in accordance with Texas Government Code, Section 551.074 to discuss the hiring of a Police Chief
4. Reconvene and take any necessary action
