Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-46: Request by Chris Holleman for a Specific Use Permit within Single Family-1 (SF-1) for an accessory building (1500 square feet) to be used as a 3-car garage for existing residence, located at 1500 W.   17. Consider request of Waxahachie Senior Citizens Center Board of Directors for City to assume Center operations upon completion of proposed new building
  18. Consider approving and authorizing the Request for Proposals for Architectural Services for the Senior Citizens Center
  19. Consider awarding bid for re-painting and adding Mixing System for 1.5 mg. Indian Tower on U.S. Hwy. 287 Bypass
