for separate discussion and consideration by any member of the City Council.

- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-46: Request by
Chris Holleman for a Specific Use Permit within Single Family-1 (SF-1)
for an accessory building (1500 square feet) to be used as a 3-car
garage for existing residence, located at 1500 W. Main, being Lot 5,
Block 13, West End Addition (ZA2005-46)
- Consider proposed Ordinance approving Zoning Amendment Request No.
2005-46
- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-47: Request by
Mel Shuler/Joe Passanissi to change the zoning on 83.001 acres in the
S.M. Durrett Survey from Future Development (FD) to Single Family-3

- Consider Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Baylor Medical Plaza
Addition located on Jefferson Street East of Baylor Medical Center –

- Consider request of Waxahachie Senior Citizens Center Board of
Directors for City to assume Center operations upon completion of
proposed new building
- Consider approving and authorizing the Request for Proposals for
Architectural Services for the Senior Citizens Center
- Consider awarding bid for re-painting and adding Mixing System for
1.5 mg. Indian Tower on U.S. Hwy. 287 Bypass

- Adjourn into Executive Session to discuss pending or contemplated
litigation in reference to land located West of Interstate 35E as permitted by
