for separate discussion and consideration by any member of the City Council.

- Request to appear by members of Ellis County Facilities Sub-committee
for a presentation on possible use of the “County Farm”
- Consider Ordinance annexing a 1000’ wide tract extending to the
Northeast from the recently annexed 552.120 acre tract located North and
East of Park School House Road and 287 Bypass. This annexation extends 2
miles in distance and will create a shared ETJ line with the City of
Ennis. The total acreage of this annexation is 280.036 acres.
- Consider De-annexation Ordinances for the following:
- a. A 1000’ wide tract extending in a northwesterly direction from the
current City limits. This 124.074 acre tract begins southeast of Lone
Elm Road and terminates at a distance of 1 mile just southeast of the
intersection of F.M. 875 and Skinner Road
- b. A 1000’ wide tract extending to the northeast from the recently
annexed 552 acre tract. This annexation extends 2 miles in distance and
will create a shared ETJ line with the City of Ennis. The total acreage
of this annexation is approximately 252 acres
- First Public Hearing to be held at 7:00 p.m. and second Public
Hearing to be held at 8:00 p.m. for a request by Michael Allen, Owner,
for annexation of 5.883 acres located in the G. Carpenter Survey,
Southwest of the B.N. and S.F. Railroad and Highway 287 South adjoining
the Waxahachie City Limits near Parks School House Road
- Public Hearing on Economic Grant for Cardinal Insulated Glass
- Consider awarding bid for four (4) AED Heart Monitors for Fire
Department
- Consider request of TNT Fireworks regarding sale of rockets and
missiles
- Consider Ordinance setting Rules and Regulations for Addition 12 to
the Waxahachie City Cemetery, approval of Cemetery Extension Layout, and
cost of lots
- Consider approval of purchasing and installing Musco Stadium

- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-48: Request by
Scott Steenson for a Specific Use Permit within Commercial (C) Zoning
District to operate a private club within the existing Wing Stop
Restaurant in Waxahachie Towne Center at 1440 Highway 77 North, being

- Consider proposed Ordinance approving Zoning Amendment Request No.

- Public Hearing on a request by Charles B. Williams for a replat of

rate increase
- Consider Resolution ordering Atmos Energy, Mid-Tex Division to show

submit a rate package and requiring reimbursement of reasonable legal
and consultant expenses
- Consider proposed Ordinance establishing rules and regulations
governing the construction and use of City public rights-of-way
