held in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St. on Monday,
November 21, 2005 at 7:00 pm.

for restaurants on area fronting Highway 77, professional offices on
central tracts and mini-storage facilities on rear portion of property,

- Consider proposed Ordinance approving Zoning Amendment Request No.

- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-50: Request by
Steve Wilson, Stark Development, Inc. to change the zoning on 1.509
acres in the J.B. and Ann Adams Survey from Single Family-2 (SF-2) to
General Retail (GR) with Specific Use Permit (SUP) for mini-warehouses
located on Broadhead Road, Southwest of Mustang Meadows Phase One.
