held in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St. on Monday,
December 5, 2005 at 7:00 pm.

Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will not be separate discussion of these
items. Approval of the Consent Agenda authorizes the Mayor/City Manager to execute all
matters necessary to implement each item. Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda
for separate discussion and consideration by any member of the City Council.

- Request to appear by members of Interdenominational Ministerial
Alliance of Waxahachie regarding the hiring of a new Police Chief
- Consider Ordinance annexing 5.883 acres located in the G. Carpenter
Survey, Southwest of the B.N. and S.F. Railroad and Highway 287 South
adjoining the Waxahachie City Limits near Parks School House Road
- Discussion on proposed Ordinance adopting an Ethics Policy for the
City of Waxahachie
- Consider proposed Ordinance amending Section 21-7 providing that the
sale of stick rockets and missiles with fins will be illegal
- Consider proposed Ordinance amending Section 4.4 of the Subdivision
Ordinance relating to Park Land Dedication and Open Space
- Sgt. Yacob Mustafa is requesting the City Council consider naming
new streets in new subdivisions after fallen Soldiers, Marines, Sailors,
etc.
- Consider approval of Lease Agreement between Waxahachie Community
Development Corporation and G & K Liquors, L.L.C. for purpose of
performing beverage services at the Civic Center, 2000 Civic Center Lane
- Citizens’ Petitions and Requests
- Comments by Mayor, City Council, City Attorney and City Manager
- Adjourn
The City Council reserves the right to go into Executive
Session on any posted item.
