Public Hearing date of February 20, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. for first Public Hearing and
8:00 p.m. for second Public Hearing to consider requested annexation of a
67.432 acre tract within the City of Waxahachie Extraterritorial Jurisdiction
and a part of the J. Johnson Survey, Abstract 557 and generally situated East
of Highway 287 Bypass and South of FM
879; and the remainder of a 242.969 acre tract that is not within the City of
Waxahachie, but wholly within the City of Waxahachie Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction (approximately 213 acres).
This tract is a part of the J. Johnson Survey, Abstract 557 and a part
of the J.B. and Ann Adams Survey, Abstract 5 and is generally situated East of
Highway 287 Bypass and South of FM 879

11. Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment
Request No. 2005-60: Request by All
Smiles Dental Center for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) within Planned
Development-4-Commercial (PD-4-C) Zoning District for a mobile dental trailer
to be used to provide dental care for the underprivileged, located at 100
