Rogers on Monday, February 6, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in accordance with Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 in reference to obtaining legal assistance from Darrell Nogle, TML Representative and Terry Morgan, regarding Beall Legacy Partners, L.P. and M & I Jackson Properties, L.P. proposed development on West side of North I-35E, Consultation with attorney pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 concerning matter for which attorney’s ethical duty to advise City requires closed session pertaining to City’s imposition of costs of infrastructure improvements, and deliberation regarding Real Property in accordance with Texas Government Code, Section 551.072.
