6.         Consider Resolution designating Revitalization Areas and adopting Plan as requested by Ken Mitchell from Country Lane Seniors Housing which is proposed on U.S. Hwy. 77 South

 

7.         Consider Final Plat of Mustang Creek, Phase One being 43.16 acres in the Robert Russell Survey located on the Northwest corner of 287 Bypass and FM 813 across from Indian Hills Subdivision – Owner:  Waxahachie 147 Ltd.  (FP2005-59)

 

8.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-01:  Request by Michael Clark, Winkelmann & Associates, for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) within Planned Development-36-Commercial (PD-36-C) Zoning District for outdoor sales and display (storage) at Home Depot, located at 1315 N. Hwy. 77, being Lot 1, Block A, Waxahachie Crossing Subdivision.  (ZA2006-01)

 

9.         Consider proposed Ordinance approving Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-01

 

10.       Consider Cirrus Group’s appeal of City’s imposed cost of infrastructure improvements on West Jefferson Street as it relates to the construction of Baylor Medical Office Building

 

11.       Request to appear by Pamela McGowan concerning the Railroad Crossings in Waxahachie

 

12.       Consider Councilman Beatty’s proposal to appoint a Committee to study railroad issues within Waxahachie

 

13.       Consider awarding bid for Southeast Water Line Extension near Park School House Road
