An Executive Session to be held in the Council Conference Room at City Hall, 401 S. Rogers on Monday, March 6, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. in accordance with Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 in reference to obtaining legal consultation with attorney pursuant to matter for which attorney’s ethical duty to advise City requires closed session pertaining to City’s imposition of costs of infrastructure improvements.

Zarazua for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) within Commercial (C) Zoning District for an expansion of an existing non-conforming Private Club use at 803 South IH 35E (formerly Brookside Inn), located South of Brookside Road and North of Hwy 35E on Service/Frontage Road, being in the Alfred Polk Survey.  (ZA2006-02)

9.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-04:  Request by Jacobson Family Trust to change the zoning on 3.511 acres in the J.B Bounds Survey from General Retail Limited (GRL) to Planned Development-Multi Family-1 (PD-MF-1) for the development of a multi-family community, located on the corner of John Arden Drive and Solon Road.  (ZA2006-04)
