6.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-33:  Request by Navarro College, to change the zoning on 20.990 acres in a portion of Spirolite Addition from Planned Development-14-Heavy Industrial (PD-14-HI) to Light Industrial-1 (LI-1) to allow for additional expansions for the Navarro College campus, located at 1900 John Arden Drive.  (ZA2006-33)

 

7.         Consider proposed Ordinance approving Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-33

 

8.         Consider Final Plat of Lot 1R, Block 1, Navarro College Addition, being a Replat of Lot 1, Block 1, Navarro College Addition and a 20.990 acre portion of Lot 1, Block A, Spirolite Addition, located at John Arden Drive and Sam George Drive – Owner:  Navarro College (FP2006-54)
