Supply District within the City’s corporate boundaries and extraterritorial
jurisdiction and a related Development Agreement pursuant to Texas
Local Government Code, Section 212.172, and vested rights, and
annexation or disannexation of territory, related to
such consent Ordinance and Agreement

and take any necessary action

and take action on Resolution approving development agreement pursuant to Texas
Local Government Code, Section 212.172 for Easthaven
Village Development located East of Easthaven Road
and South of Lake Waxahachie

petition of property owners of Easthaven Village

of Lake Waxahachie requesting City's consent to formation of Fresh Water Supply
District in City's ETJ and City Limits
