4.         Adjourn into Executive Session as permitted by Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 to consider the advice of legal counsel and hold a discussion on issues for which it is attorney’s ethical duty to advise Council concerning:  formation of a Fresh Water Supply District within the City’s corporate boundaries and extraterritorial jurisdiction and a related Development Agreement pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Section 212.172, and vested rights, and annexation or disannexation of territory, related to such consent Ordinance and Agreement

 

5.         Reconvene and take any necessary action

 

6.         Consider and take action on Resolution approving development agreement pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Section 212.172 for Easthaven Village Development located East of Easthaven Road and South of Lake Waxahachie

 

7.         Consider petition of property owners of Easthaven Village Development located East of Easthaven Road and South of Lake Waxahachie requesting City's consent to formation of Fresh Water Supply District in City's ETJ and City Limits

 

8.         Consider and take action on proposed Ordinance granting consent to formation of Fresh Water Supply District for Easthaven Village Development located East of Easthaven Road and South of Lake Waxahachie and establishing conditions

 

9.         Adjourn
