7.         Request to appear by Kenneth Denny to discuss the 5th Annual Waxahachie Lions Club Mini Grand Prix Race for Saturday, May 19, 2007 to be held downtown and authorize street closures

 

8.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-01:  Request by L.H. Lacy Company, Ltd., for a Specific Use Permit within General Retail (GR) Zoning District for a temporary batch plant for the construction of The Arbor at Willow Grove, Ph. 1 Subdivision (formerly Hedgewood Phase I Subdivision), to be located North of Country Meadow Blvd. on the East side of Highway 77 North. (ZA2007-01)

 

9.         Consider proposed Ordinance approving Zoning Amendment Request No. 2007-01

 

10.       Consider Final Plat of Park Place located at the South end of Santa Fe Trail in Indian Hills Subdivision and North of the Sports Complex on Broadhead Road, being 30.3 acres in the J.B. and Ann Adams Survey – Applicant:  Clyde L. Hargrove  (FP2007-02)

 

11.       Consider approving Budget Amendments for supplies for Fire Department

13.       Consider approving Professional Engineering Services Agreement with Birkhoff, Hendricks & Conway, L.L.P. for Parks School House Road Paving and Drainage Improvements

 

14.       Consider award of bid for Jefferson Street Paving and Drainage Improvements and Lucas Street Offsite Drainage Repairs

 

15.       Consider Ordinance providing for election to be held on Saturday, May 12, 2007 to elect two (2) City Council members
