Consider approval of a Memorandum of Agreement between Ellis County and the City of Waxahachie related to the proposed Ellis County Facilities in the Downtown Area.

 

5.         Adjourn into Executive Session as permitted by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.072 for deliberation regarding Real Property

 

6.         Reconvene and take any necessary action

7.        Adjourn
