15.       Consider award of bid for Phase I - 36” Diameter Parallel Sanitary Sewer Line to be constructed adjacent to Phase IV of Clift Estates

 

16.       Consider award of bid on Clift Estates – Phase IVA Infrastructure Improvements

 

17.       Consider authorization to submit a grant application by the Police Department through the Texas Department of Transportation/Texas Highway Safety Performance Plan

 

18.       Hear Report from Carl Wessels on merger of FR&R Fund into the TMRS and set date for Worksession for further discussion

 

19        Citizens’ Petitions and Requests

 

20.       Comments by Mayor, City Council, City Attorney and City Manager

 

21.       Adjourn into adjourn into Executive Session to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee as permitted by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.074
