A special meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Waxahachie, Texas to be held in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 401 S. Rogers on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at 12:00 p.m.

4.         Consider proposed Ordinance authorizing the issuance of City of Waxahachie, Texas Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2007, in the principal amount of $35,000,000, approving an Official Statement, awarding the sale, making provisions for the security thereof and ordaining other matters relating to the subject.
