All matters listed under Item 4, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion.  There will not be separate discussion of these items.  Approval of the Consent Agenda authorizes the Mayor/City Manager to execute all matters necessary to implement each item.  Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion and consideration by any member of the City Council.

5.         Consider request by Josh Corrigan, Universal Child Abuse Prevention Specialist for Ellis County, for use of Getzendaner Hike and Bike Trail for a city wide fun walk to be held Saturday, April 19, 2008

 

6.         Public Hearing on ordinance of the City of Waxahachie, Texas, Amending the Waxahachie Zoning Ordinance Sections 33.8 to add a winery use to the use chart and appendix A-3 to add a definition for winery, declaring an emergency and providing for an effective date

 

7.         Consider proposed Ordinance amending the Waxahachie Zoning Ordinance Sections 33.8 to add a winery use to the use chart and appendix A-3 to add a definition for winery

 

8.         Consider Water and Wastewater Rate Study
