9. Consider amending Section 11 of the Electrical Ordinance

10. Consider Ordinance adding Section 6-10 and 6-11, shelter and restraint of animals and amending Sections 6-51 and 6-52 to be replaced with new sections 6-51 through 6-57.10, dangerous animals and dangerous dogs

11. Consider Ordinance canceling the City Council Election

13. Comments by Mayor, City Council, City Attorney and City Manager

14. Convene into Executive Session as permitted by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.072 for deliberation regarding Real Estate Acquisition and as permitted by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.017 to discuss pending or contemplated litigation/consultation with Attorney in regard to IESI Waste Disposal

15. Reconvene and take necessary action
