12.          Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2008-06:  Request by Patrick M. Wilson for a Specific Use Permit within a Single Family-2 (SF-2) Zoning District to construct a 624 sq. ft. detached two car garage to park two motor vehicles and common related activities, located at 310 Harbin Ave., in the Hillcrest Subdivision, being Lot 11 and the north 10 ft. of Lot 10, Block 5, being 0.27 acres – Owner: Patrick M. 14.       Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2008-07:  Request by Donald W. Johnson for a Specific Use Permit within a Future Development (FD) Zoning District to construct a 1,200 sq. foot metal barn, located at 2637 Long Branch Rd., in Roe Estates, Phase II, being Lot 2W, Block 2, being 4.19 acres – Owner: Donald W. 17.       Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2008-08:  Request by Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., for a Zoning Change from General Retail (GR) to Planned Development-General Retail (PD-GR) Zoning District to alter building height and allow multi-tenant signage for a Commercial/Movie Theater located at Southeast corner of Broadhead Road and U.S. Hwy. 287, being Block A-235, 18.13 acres, in the W.C. Calder Survey – Owner: Crepe Myrtle Enterprises (ZA2008-08)

 

18.       Consider proposed Ordinance approving Zoning Amendment Request No. 2008-08
