for a Zoning Change from Central Area (CA) and Light Industrial-2 (LI-2) to

and Administration Building, and Jail Expansion, fronting on Jackson Street, Martin
Luther King Jr. Blvd., and Jefferson Street, being Blocks 10, 11, 12, 13, 27
and 28 located in the Original Town Addition– Owner: Ellis County (ZA 2008-20)

proposed Ordinance approving Zoning Amendment Request 2008-20

Hearing amending Section 43, Sign Regulations, of the City of
Waxahachie Zoning Ordinance, providing for Kiosk Signs, allowing an exclusive
franchise for Kiosk signs, and regulating Kiosk signs; removing provisions for
stake signs; amending wall sign provisions; amending landscaping requirements
set in Section 14, 15, and 16; amending Section 33 to add bail bond agencies,
and amending Section 35 to regulate bicycle parking
10. Consider
