A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation of Waxahachie, Texas to be held on Tuesday, July 27, 1999 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St.

  3. Reorganization of WCDC Board as required by the Bylaws
  4. Receive names of people to replace Jim Chapman
  5. Consider change order for water and sewer line relocation at Civic Center
  6. Report from Civic Center Manager
  7. Consider approval of Fiscal Year 2000 Civic Center Budget and Personnel request
  8. Consider approval of Fiscal Year 2000 Sports Complex Budget and Personnel request
  9. Consider approval of Fiscal Year 2000 Waxahachie Community Development Corporation Administrative Budget
  10. Discussion of Recreation Complex and Civic Center Complex Projects and take any necessary action
