A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation of Waxahachie, Texas to be held on Tuesday, September 7, 1999 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St.

2. Approval of minutes of Regular Waxahachie Community Development Corporation meeting of August 17, 1999
3. Discuss proposed sign for Civic Center
4. Consider increasing number of spaces for RV's
5. Consider change orders with JRJ Paving, Inc. and Gorman and Associates for reductions in original contracts in accordance with deletion of pavement joints
6. Report from Civic Center Manager
7. Discussion of Recreation Complex and Civic Center Complex Projects and take any necessary action
