A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation of Waxahachie, Texas to be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2000 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St.

  2. Approval of minutes of Regular Waxahachie Community Development
    Corporation meeting of February 8, 2000
  3. Consider proposed Change Orders for the Civic Center
  4. Consider Change Order with Dean Electric dba Dean Construction to move dirt from Civic Center site and cancel Change Order with JRJ Paving
  5. Discussion of concession management
  6. Discuss Seal design and take any necessary action
  7. Discuss proposed new completion date for the Civic Center
  8. Discussion of logo floor design in entrance
  9. Consider grand opening dates of July 14 and 15, 2000
  10. Consider Civic Center plaque
  11. Update of Ellis County Veteran's Memorial by Fire Chief David Hudgins and consider request to move the three (3) flag poles
  12. Report from Civic Center Manager
  13. Discussion of Recreation Complex and Civic Center Complex Projects and take any necessary action
  14. Adjourn
