A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation of Waxahachie, Texas to be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2000 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St.

  2. Approval of minutes for Waxahachie Community Development Corporation meeting of September 12, 2000
  3. Consider accepting WCDC Budget for fiscal year 2000-2001
  4. Consider proposed Change Orders for the Civic Center and Recreation Complex
  5. Report from Civic Center Manager
  6. Discuss Recreation Complex and Civic Center Complex Projects and take any necessary action
  7. Consider approving the Concession and Liquor Management Contract
  8. Consider approval of Architects’ final pay request
  9. Request to appear by David Daughenbaugh, Waxahachie High School, to discuss students playing street hockey on the Civic Center parking lot.
  10. Adjourn
