A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation of Waxahachie, Texas to be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2001 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St.

  4. Discuss lighting for flagpoles and monument for Civic Center and take any necessary
  5. Consider Change Orders for the construction of the concession/restroom facilities for Sports Complex
  6. Consider proposed Policies & Fee Structures for Sports Complex
  7. Discuss proposal from Citizens National Bank for providing score boards in exchange for advertising
  8. Consider approving City Manager’s appointment of Lou Bryant as Civic Center Director
  9. Adjourn
