A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation of Waxahachie, Texas to be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2001 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St.

  2. Approval of minutes of the regular Waxahachie Community Development Corporation meeting of April 10, 2001
  3. Report from Civic Center Director
  4. Consider awarding bid for perimeter fence at Sports Complex
  5. Consider naming Sports Complex
  6. Receive Financial Report for Waxahachie Civic Center
  7. Adjourn into Executive Session for deliberation regarding Real Property as permitted by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.072
  8. Reconvene and take any necessary action
  9. Adjourn
