A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation of Waxahachie, Texas to be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2001 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St.

  2. Approval of minutes of the regular Waxahachie Community Development Corporation meeting of August 11, 2001 and special meeting of August 28, 2001
  3. Receive Report from Civic Center Director.
  4. Consider canceling the Non-Binding Referendum Election for the sale of the Civic Center
  5. Receive Financial Report for Waxahachie Civic Center for period ending August 31, 2001
  6. Adjourn

The Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation reserves the right to go into Executive Session on any posted item.
