A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation of Waxahachie, Texas to be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2002 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St.

2. Approval of minutes of the regular Waxahachie Community Development Corporation meeting of May 14, 2002.
3. Request to appear by Arlene Hamilton, Ellis County Master Gardeners, to present a proposal for landscaping and planting of the area around the Veteran’s Memorial.
4. Receive Financial Report for Waxahachie Civic Center
5. Receive Report from Civic Center Director
6. Report from James Villarreal on activities at the Waxahachie Recreation Complex
7. Adjourn
