A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation of Waxahachie, Texas to be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2002 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St.

2. Approval of minutes of the regular Waxahachie Community Development Corporation meeting of August 13, 2002.

4. Report from Civic Center Director
5. Report on AC/Heating Study at the Civic Center and take any necessary action
