A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation of Waxahachie, Texas to be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St.

2. Approval of minutes of the regular Waxahachie Community Development Corporation meeting of September 10, 2002.
3. Receive Financial Report for Waxahachie Civic Center
4. Report from Civic Center Director
5. Update by Sanford Smith on the mechanical improvements to the heating and air conditioning system, roof and wall leaks and other miscellaneous items
6. Adjourn
