A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation of Waxahachie, Texas to be held on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 401 S. Rogers St.

3. Discuss and take any necessary action on awarding bids for Soft Drink Pouring Rights at Waxahachie Recreation Complex
4. Receive Financial Report for Waxahachie Civic Center
