A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation of Waxahachie, Texas to be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. at the Waxahachie Civic Center, 2000 Civic Center Lane, Waxahachie, Texas.

2. Approval of minutes of the regular Waxahachie Community Development Corporation meeting of September 13, 2005
3. Hear report from Lou Bryant on signs for the Civic Center and other “wish list” items
4. Hear report from James Villarreall on the construction of a maintenance building at the Sports Complex and other “wish list” items
5. Discuss and consider awarding bid for contract for food and beverage services
6. Adjourn
   
    

The Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation reserves the right to go into Executive Session on any posted item.
