A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Waxahachie Community Development Corporation of Waxahachie, Texas to be held on Thursday, December 1, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. at the Council Chamber, 401 S. Rogers St., Waxahachie, Texas.

2. Consider entering into a Lease Agreement with G & K Liquors, L.L.C., for the purpose of performing beverage services at the Civic Center, 2000 Civic Center Lane
3. Consider amending the Waxahachie Civic Center Beverage Agreement with G & K Liquors, L.L.C.
