3.         Consider Resolution authorizing the issuance of Sales Tax Revenue Improvement and Refunding Bonds, Series 2007, providing for the security of the Bonds, approving the execution of a Purchase Agreement, Escrow Agreement, and approving an Official Statement and all other authorizations as necessary, and all other matters related thereto
