2.                  Approval of minutes of the regular Waxahachie Community Development Corporation meeting of October 9, 2007

 

3.                  Discuss potential dedication to City of Right-of-Way for Broadhead Road and take any necessary action

 

4.                  Discuss the Broadhead Road improvements and the ramifications on the entrance to the Sports Complex

 

5.                  Consider land exchange between Waxahachie Community Development Corporation and Waxahachie Independent School District

 

6.                  Consider final plans on Phase II construction of the Sports Complex

 

7.         Adjourn
