The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Waxahachie will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, December 8, 2004, at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 401 S. Rogers St., Waxahachie, Texas.

  5. Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2004-52: Request by Dan E. Morton for a Specific Use Permit within General Retail (GR) zoning district for a Pawn Shop at 912 Ferris Avenue located on the corner of Ferris Avenue and Ross Street, being North ˝ of Block 15 in Williams Addition.
  6. Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2004-53: Request by Ross B. Calhoun to change the zoning on 1,966 acres from Future Development (FD) to Planned Development-Commercial (C), General Retail (GR), Multi family-1 (MF-1), Two-family (2F), Single family-1 (SF-1), Single family-2 (SF-2), and Single family-3 (SF-3) in accordance with the Planned Development Summary, located East of Hwy. 287 and North and South of Park School House Road. Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2004-55: Request by TNT Truck Parts to change the zoning on 18.051 acres in the McKinney & Williams Surveys from Single family-1 (SF-1) to Heavy Industrial (HI) with a Specific Use Permit to allow the sale of truck parts and truck salvage, being Lots 10 and 11, Brown Industrial Park, Phase II (ZA2004-55).
