- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2004-51: Request by Curt Caldwell to change the zoning on 70.1125 acres from
Future Development (FD) to Rural Residential (RR) for single family development,
being located at the corner of FM 877 (Howard Road) and Lakeshore Drive. (ZA2004-51).
- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2004-52: Request by Dan E. Morton for a Specific Use Permit within General Retail
(GR) zoning district for a Pawn Shop at 912 Ferris Avenue located on the corner
of Ferris Avenue and Ross Street, being North ˝ of Block 15 in Williams Addition.
- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2004-53: Request by Ross B. Calhoun to change the zoning on 1,966 acres from
Future Development (FD) to Planned Development-Commercial (C), General Retail (GR),

(SF-2), and Single family-3 (SF-3) in accordance with the Planned Development
