- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-1: Request by Timothy
Lyons, Lyons American Securities, Inc. to change the zoning on two (2) tracts -
approximately 9.114 acres and 5.596 acres in the Robert Russell Survey from
Single family-1 (SF-1) to General Retail (GR) for retail development, being
located on the Northeast side of Hwy. 287 and Brown Street. (ZA2005-1).
- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-2: Request by Ted R.
