(PD-MF-2) zoning district for a Senior Apartment Development in the 2300 block
of West Highway 287 Bypass, being 10.402 acres in the W.C. Tunnell Survey,
located on the South side of Hwy. 287 Bypass, ¾ of a mile West of FM 664.
