- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-26: Request by Joe
Grubbs, Ellis County Child Advocacy Center, for a Specific Use Permit (SUP)
within Single Family-2 (SF-2) zoning district for the construction of an Ellis
County Child Advocacy Center on a one (1) acre tract on Lot 1, Block 255, Town
Addition, located at the Northwest corner of Farley Street and Ross Street.

- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-27: Request by S.B.
Williams, Jr., to change the zoning on Lots 3 and 4, Block 42A, Town Addition
from Single Family-2 (SF-2) to Single Family-3 (SF-3), and part of Lot 5, Block
42A, Town Addition from Commercial (C) to Single Family-3 (SF-3), to replat for
individual ownership for five (5) existing houses, being located in the 100

- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-28: Request by Joe Rust

Development-1-Commercial (PD-1-C) for development of a movie theater,
restaurants, retail, commercial and office uses, located on the North side of
