Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-30: Request by Tim Avery, Renaissance Renovations, for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) within Single Family-2 (SF-2) for a proposed detached 2-car garage (22’ X 28’ = 616 square feet) to be located at 308 Oldham, being Lot 1 and 40, Block 42B, in Town Addition.
