- Consider Final Plat for Lot 1, Block 1, Navarro College Addition, being a
Replat of a 5.000 acre portion of Spirolite Addition, for a parking lot for
Navarro College, located at 1001 W. Hwy. 287. – Applicant: Navarro College

- Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-30: Request by Tim
Avery, Renaissance Renovations, for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) within Single
Family-2 (SF-2) for a proposed detached 2-car garage (22’ X 28’ = 616 square
