The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Waxahachie will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, July 27, 2005, at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 401 S. Rogers St., Waxahachie, Texas.

  4. Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-32: Request by Kenneth Hutto to change the zoning on 1,927.200 acres and 117.529 acres proposed to be annexed located in the J. Barker, E. Bellow, E.H., Belcher and J.C. Read Surveys from Single family-1 (SF-1) and Future Development (FD) to a Planned Development mixed use community to include Single Family-1 (SF-1), Single Family-2 (SF-2), and Single Family-3 (SF-3), Multi-Family (MF) and General Retail (GR) in accordance with a proposed Planned Development Ordinance and Use Schedule on land located generally between FM 875 and Brookside Road (known as the Kemp Tract).
