Newton and John Shaver Surveys, from Light Industrial (LI) to Planned Development-General Retail (PD-GR) Zoning, for restaurants on area fronting Highway 77, professional offices on central tracts and mini-storage facilities on rear portion of property, located at 2851 N. Highway 77. (ZA2005-49)

Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2005-50: Request by Steve Wilson, Stark Development, Inc. to change the zoning on 1.509 acres in the J.B. and Ann Adams Survey from Single Family-2 (SF-2) to General Retail (GR) with Specific Use Permit (SUP) for mini-warehouses located on Broadhead Road, Southwest of Mustang Meadows Phase One.
