5.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-12:  Request by JCTC Investment Corporation, to change the zoning on 1.984 acres in the Joseph Steele Survey from Planned Development-54-Single Family (PD-54-SF) Zoning District to Planned Development-Two Family (PD-2F) for the construction of eight (8) duplexes with attached garage, located on Carlton Parkway North of Butcher Road.  (ZA2006-12)
