4.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-15:  Request by Vaughn Franks to change the zoning on Block 76, Town Addition from General Retail (GR) Zoning District to Single Family-1 (SF-1) District so the property can be sold and existing home used as primary residence, being located at 414 W. Main and take action on ZA2006-15

 

5.         Public Hearing on Zoning Amendment Request No. 2006-17:  Request by Paul Michael Armstrong for a Specific Use Permit within Future Development Zoning District for the construction of a barn/shop in excess of 500 square feet (60 x 40 = 2,400 sq. ft.), located at 3037 Howard Road, being 35.8435 acres in the S.M. Durrett Survey and take action on ZA2006-17

 

6.            Consider Final Plat of DMJ Business Centre Unit I at 2977 N. Highway 77, located on the West side of Highway 77 on the Southwest corner of U.S. Highway 77 and F.M. 387 – Applicant:  Joe Rust (FP2006-15)
