5.         Consider Preliminary Plat of Buffalo Creek Center being 1.988 acres in Tract 1 and 17.597 acres in Tract 2, located on the Northwest corner of Brown Street (FM813) and Highway 287 Service Road across from Indian Hills Subdivision – Owner:  Lyons American Securities, Inc.  (PLM2006-29)
